Our auctions are hosted online on AuctionNinja, New England’s leading online estate sale platform. Online auctions provide maximum exposure to a wide pool of qualified bidders, a considerably better choice than in-person estate sales and auctions.

How does it work?
Step 1: Photography & Organization
Items are professionally photographed and organized within the home. Photos will be taken in ~4 hour sessions and may require several days to complete, depending on volume.
Step 2: The Auction
Our auctions are hosted on AuctionNinja and generally run for two weeks, while being promoted across multiple platforms. Online bidding will be open for that entire two week period.
Step 3: Pickup & Shipping
We coordinate the removal of all sold items at no cost to the seller, including shipping when applicable. In-house pickup dates are typically held on the following Saturday and Sunday after the auction.
Step 4: Payment
Seller proceeds are issued via bank transfer within one week of the auction’s close.
